Exchange and Return Policy:

Exchanges and returns will only be facilitated under specific circumstances:

• Products containing live or dead weevils or that have spoiled upon delivery.
• Torn or inadequately sealed packages upon delivery.
• Products with expiration dates prior to delivery. Customers must provide proof of purchase and retain original packaging for exchanges. Once a product has been used, it is ineligible for exchange or return.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product has not been shipped. If a cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be issued. OriginX D2C Ecomm Private Limited reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with customer-provided personal or financial information.

Refunds:

Customers have a 7-day window after receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return requests can be made through the website or by contacting customer service. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Contact customer service for any return inquiries. Returns are accepted with in a 7 day window after the product is delivered. As soon as the product is received back to us, Depends on the product condition, the refund will be processed in 14 working days

Damages and Issues:

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and select hazardous materials. Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
